What is Drop-Ship Service?
We participate with manufacturers in a drop ship program that are shipped directly from a manufacturer where products will be shipped directly from their factory and sometimes will be shipped under more than one shipment.
How is my purchase shipped?
All products are shipped from the factory, and the freight costs are prepaid and added to the order as a shipping and handling charge. We ship via UPS Ground. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for arrival of your purchase.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We make every attempt to ship your order within 2-3 business days. You should allow for extra time during holidays and other peak times for the Post Office.
What will my details be used for?
Your details will be used for fulfilling your order, stored on a secure server. Once your order is completed those details will only be used with your approval for follow up newsletters and promotions from this store only.
What do I do if I want to return a purchase?
Items purchased or received from Gear For My Baby are returnable or exchangeable within 30 days of purchase/receipt as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition (no fragrance, cigarette smoke, stains, dirt, rips or tears) and still have the original tags and packaging.
An item can not be returned, and a refund will not be made unless it is pre approved and you are given a return authorisation number. Please inspect your purchase thoroughly on receipt of the good and advise in writing if you need to return the shipment. Shipping cost on returned items is not refundable.
An incorrect order or damaged item must be reported within 7 days of purchase for a refund or replacement.
