We Ship within Canada and the USA except for Baby Outfits are only shipped within the USA. (Min order is $20.00)
Shipping Policies
We use (USPS) and UPS domestic ground. You will receive an email message when your order has been shipped.
We've found that UPS provides the best value and reliability for our customers. If you desire more rapid delivery, we can ship 2nd day air or overnight in most cases and to most destinations. There will be an additional cost to ship overnight or 2nd day air and we would be happy to discuss that with you. The shipping costs shown on our site are direct costs from UPS.
We offer a simple shipping fees with the maximum amount you have to pay is $16.50. Shipping over $100 is free.
As a benefit to our customer and us, we use drop-shippiing which means your orders will shipped directly from our manufacturers. This allows us to have a wider variety of items offered to you allowing us to keep costs down. All our organic products are shipped from manufacturers in the US.
Return Policy
We make every effort to assure that you receive exactly what you ordered at the time and what you had in mind when your ordered it. However sometimes items do need to be returned or exchanged.
Items are returnable within 5 days of purchase/receipt as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition (no fragrance, cigarette smoke, stains, dirt, rips or tears) and still have the original tags and packaging.
Products that cannot be returned include pillows, mattresss, matress pads, comforters, and mattress toppers. No return on other bedding items that have been removed from the original packaging. No return on sale items. Any baby clothing items that has been customized.
An item cannot be returned, and a refund will not be made unless it is pre approved and you are given a return authorisation number. Please inspect your purchase thoroughly on receipt of the good and advise in writing if you need to return the shipment to customerservice@gearformybaby.com. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

NOTE: When returning item, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx to insure proper delivery. Gear For My Baby is not responsible for any packages that are damaged or lost in transit. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Refund will take up to 30 days to appear on your card.
Damaged Goods Policy
All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of the receipt of the item so that the damaged claim may be filed with our shipping courier.

Backorder Policy
If we are unable to fulfil your order at the time of purchase we will contact you within 48 hours and advise you of the circumstances, at which time you will be offered an option for a refund on the item which is not available, or you will be able to wait until the item is in stock for your full shipment to be made or choose another products in another colour.
Delivery Time
Most orders ship withinimmediately within 2- 7 business days from when your order was placed. Product descriptions may provide a shipping estimate time to ship. Some of our suppliers ship directly to you so you may receive your order in multiple shipments.
